No problem! We can still illustrate them separately and place them together just like you want them to be displayed on the final illustration

Depending on detail, one illustration can take anything from 8 to 23 hours in total to draw

Depending on the option you choose it can take anything from 10 to 16 days before you receive your illustration to ensure that it’s the best quality possible. It is possible to receive it earlier, but the number of illustrations we have and any unforeseen circumstances should be taken into account

All illustrations are created digitally using an iPad

Yes, we can only create these custom illustrations using your own good quality photo. You can upload your photo on the product page to make sure that it is the best quality or you are welcome to email your special photo.

Yes! To make sure the illustration has as much detail as possible, it needs to be the best quality possible. (That being said, if it is a memorial piece or you have no other photo, please get in touch so that we can see what we can do)

If you have chosen a canvas/frame or printing option, then unfortunately you have to pay shipping.

When ordering only a digital illustration, there is no need for shipping costs as the files will be send via email.

Yes, absolutely! Make sure to give me your contact details when placing your order, so I can send you a preview via a message, for you to approve the final background colour before I send the final illustration or print to you

Definitely not! There is an option on the website with discounted prices as the amount of pets increase or if you prefer please get in touch via email or messaging to work on a custom price.

No problem at all! There is an option under the couples tab on the website to add more people to your custom illustration. Alternatively you can get in touch with us to work out a custom price fit for your family

Of course! One option is to pay using Pay Just Now, were you can pay off your illustration in 3 monthly instalments at no extra cost to you AND you still get your illustration with in the normal timeframe.

If that is still not an option for you, please get in touch to discuss your illustration and the amount of people or fur-babies, so that we can get a quote done for you and work on the illustrations in batches, so as to fit your budget

We can also create your art using other medias, like pencil drawings, watercolour paintings and gouach paintings (price on request)
